We reached out to John through a friend who bought a home and had John as their realtor. John and his team is one of the hardest working people out there and they are always available to help us through the process. They are transparent and up front with everything that is going on. Another big advantage is that John is pretty well connected and that makes it easy as they have done business with other clients of John’s. Guanael was a part of that team and he helped set up tours for us, sometimes within the hour we request to see a house. Before the process began, John met with us and walked through the process from a realtor side as well as a little bit from the finance side.
