We talked to a number of real estate agents before we came across John. What set him apart from the beginning was his level of organization, professionalism, and energetic spirit. From day one, he carefully walked us through the entire process from start to finish, letting us keep a folder of all the information for future reference. No other realtors did that. John and his team were on top of things every step of the way. We would reach out late at night about a showing and get it scheduled for the next day. In this market, time is everything and John and his team move at the speed of light. We had a unique situation with the house we sold given it was on a busy road and had commercial property nearby. John advertised the property as having “commercial potential” and we ended up getting $100K more than what many other realtors said we would get. He also helped us find our new home which we ended up getting below list price. We got the best possible outcome financially, and John and the people we worked with on his team (Guenael and Emily) helped make a super stressful process a lot less stressful. I highly recommend you don’t waste any more time thinking about which realtor to hire and let John and his team take care of you.

Our experience with John and the Embark Real Estate Group could not have been better! John and the whole Embark team were great communicators throughout the whole process and had our best interest in mind. This was my Wife and I's first time buying a home, John did a excellent job in educating us through the process and made us feel confident with what we were getting into. We cannot say enough good things about the Embark Real Estate Group. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home in the Columbus area!
