Working with John Kohlhepp and his team at Embark was a great experience. We started trying to sell our condo in Westerville by owner. My only regret is not making the decision to work with Embark sooner. They smoothly handled so much of the tedious and frustrating hidden aspects of selling a home—even when the inevitable road bumps came up. Personally, John is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I recently became first time home buyers! We had met John before through some mutual friends and we felt that John would be would be a perfect match for us while looking for our first home. John did not disappoint! John met with us promptly after we expressed interest in looking for a home and was very helpful. John was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us which really put those nervous feelings about such a big purchase to rest. We were able to sift through a lot of homes and after our third viewing we found the perfect home! We are ecstatic with how the whole process went so smoothly and will highly recommend John to anyone who is considering buying a home!

I cannot thank Emily Tamburro, and her team, enough for everything they have done for us! I was referred to Emily by a friend who had just purchased a home. He gave my information to Emily who then reached out to me and before I knew it, we bought our first home! I could not have asked for a better realtor, Emily was so amazing through this process. The communication, support, inspiration, motivation- everything was exceeded beyond limits. Purchasing a home for the first time can be intimidating, but Emily was able to educate us and gave us the tools to make the process go so smoothy and stress free for us.
