This recommendation is long overdo! My boyfriend and I recently purchased our first home in Gahanna and we used John as our realtor. We were able to purchase the 2nd house we viewed! He is friendly, helpful, easy to talk to, well educated on the buying process, and looks out for the best interest and needs of the buyer. I've been friends with John for a few years and even though some may be uncertain about merging personal and professional, I did not hesitate one moment to work with John and his team when I decided to buy a house.
