Our experience with John and the Embark Real Estate Group could not have been better! John Kohlhepp and the Embark team’s focus on asking the right questions and his experience recognizing great potential combine to find the perfect fit in terms of the right part of Columbus, the right amount opportunity to add equity, and current/future needs. He also demonstrates that experience in how he interacts with other agents to get to the best conclusion for both the buyer and the seller. John and the team team also works great in tight timelines without adding pressure to make choices prematurely.

TL;DR John Kohlhepp is a friendly, reliable, and patient person who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. My wife and I purchased a house on the west side of Columbus in the incredibly competitive early 2021 housing market. This was our first home-buying experience, and John answered our numerous questions and provided excellent advice where we needed it. John worked quickly and efficiently to get us prompt viewings, and he took the extra time to coordinate with our mortgage broker to make sure that the process was as smooth as possible. John is a great communicator, and we know he is a genuinely good person at heart. We were so appreciative to have him as a support through our homebuying process.
