Our experience with John and the Embark Real Estate Group could not have been better! John and the whole Embark team were great communicators throughout the whole process and had our best interest in mind. John’s services came highly recommended to me and I can see why! He seriously knows his stuff. He helped my partner and I find our dream home and move on it quickly. He helped answer all our questions along the way. He managed our expectations about what we could expect from the sellers, but during negotiations, he got us everything we wanted. He even has a massive Rolodex of amazing connections to help with every facet of home buying and ownership, from financing to inspections to contractors. Take my word for it, stop shopping around. This guy is the bees’ knees.

We reached out to John through a friend who bought a home and had John as their realtor. John and his team is one of the hardest working people out there and they are always available to help us through the process. They are transparent and up front with everything that is going on. Another big advantage is that John is pretty well connected and that makes it easy as they have done business with other clients of John’s. Guanael was a part of that team and he helped set up tours for us, sometimes within the hour we request to see a house. Before the process began, John met with us and walked through the process from a realtor side as well as a little bit from the finance side. He also knows contractors and loan companies that he trusts so you never feel like you are alone trying find whatever person you need to close the deal. I would highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a home or selling a home.
